Johnson Cook is the co-founder and president of Greenlight. As President, he drives Greenlight’s growth and expansion as the leading family finance company.

Johnson's entrepreneurial spirit began at Georgia Tech where he started his first company, offering online continuing education for medical and legal professionals. Since then, he has founded and scaled several successful startups, including co-founding Atlanta Tech Village, a startup incubator and co-working space that is home to more than 400 tech companies. Johnson remains committed to Atlanta's thriving startup community and still invests in, advises and works with a variety of tech startups.

He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the former president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). In 2020, Johnson was recognized by Ernst & Young as Entrepreneur Of The Year and was previously named to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40. Johnson is also a licensed private pilot and loves to sail with his wife and three amazing kids.
