This 2-day immersion experience enables managers and leaders to become more effective in engaging their teams to grow their business. The session provides leaders with an understanding of the key management processes, skills and tools necessary to engage their workforce for maximum success.
The session is highly interactive with rich tools, case-based practice opportunities, and continuous dialogue and feedback for real-time problem-solving. It is designed to provide participants with a common “management language” and a common toolset for practical application of key concepts back on-the- job.

About the Speakers
Jennifer Hale has more than 25 years of experience working with leaders, managers and teams in some of the world’s most recognized companies. Jennifer’s firm, The Hale Group (previously known as Organizational Impact, Inc) founded in 1998, is a leadership and talent development consultancy that helps leaders at all levels, successfully engage and empower themselves and their teams to maximize performance and drive grassroots culture change in support of business strategy. Through executive coaching, facilitated sessions and strategic planning efforts and initiatives, she helps organizations, teams and individuals to grow, succeed and thrive. Recent clients include The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, Assurant, Ingersoll Rand and Cox Communications.
Jennifer is also a partner at Laughing Guru Learning, a company that offers highly interactive, practical and targeted learning experiences and programs on topics that target the competencies and skills related to effective management, leadership and business performance.
Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies & English Literature. She is a certified facilitator in over 15 renowned leadership programs and a certified leadership coach. She continues to deliver speaking engagements on culture transformation and leadership development internationally.
Daphne Schecter has more than 25 years of experience working with senior level managers and teams in some of America’s most notable companies. Daphne focuses her Fortune 100- centric practice on leadership and management as well as enterprise-wide talent development initiatives. These are strategic efforts that range from large scale global employee and/or managerial development programs, focused on engagement, learning and performance, to individual senior management executive coaching and succession planning. Daphne has done organizational development work in over 15 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, Europe, Africa and North America. Her practice incorporates her developed expertise in organizational change, leadership and management, career planning, mentoring and networking.
Most recently, while still running her consulting practice, Daphne served as Senior Director of Learning and Development in the Talent Development organization of Assurant Specialty Property. Prior to her tenure at Assurant, Daphne served over 10 years as an adjunct professor in the business communications department at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and as a senior consultant for Workplace Fairness and Diversity Strategies at The Coca-Cola Company, a role focused on enhancing the company’s people capabilities. She designed, developed, and implemented initiatives such as global baseline leadership and management training, and the global career planning strategy and systems.
Daphne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and Communications from Rutgers College, Rutgers University and an MBA in International Business and Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
