Welcome to “ON THE GRIND” – A podcast for entrepreneurs.
We are going LIVE at Atlanta Tech Village!
On January 31st I will be interviewing Wei-Chun Tai. She is the Partner for one of the biggest Venture Capital firms in the southeast – Mosley Ventures.
I will be discussing her journey as an entrepreneur and what it takes to execute and scale a company from concept to completion!
WHAT THE INTERVIEW WILL COVER:
- What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?
- How to pitch to a Venture firm?
- What does a VC firm look for in a startup?
- How to raise money?
- The GRIND!
- Successes, failures, challenges of an entrepreneur
- How to stay inspired, motivated and much more!
Wei-Chun left the corporate world to follow her passion. She is a serial entreprenuer who founded two startups. The first one was a fashion company where she built a couture fashion brand. In a short period of time she was able to scale the company and gain distribution in hundreds of stores. Also inking a deal with Newell Rubbermaid and landing her clothing on the Red Carpet at the Emmy’s!
She didn’t stop there, her second startup was in the mortgage industry. She Co-Founded LenderFlex- A real-time loan qualification technology that resulted in thousands of licensing seats in less than a year.
Today she is the Partner at a permier venture fund investing in early stage disruptive technologies in Atlanta and the Southeast.
