No, ATV is a commercial office building designed for tech and tech-related companies between 1 and 30 employees.
Is ATV a coworking space?
ATV isn’t a coworking space but it has a coworking space in the building along with traditional office suites and many tech-friendly amenities.

Where are the two main entrances to the building and parking deck?
ATV has an entrance off Lenox Road right near exit 2 on GA 400 via a side road that goes right past the Buckhead Church across from On the Border. In addition, there’s a main entrance to the building on Piedmont Road right across from Chipotle.
Is the Atlanta Tech Village only for technology and technology-related companies?
ATV is for all types of companies doing cool, innovative things, but we do maintain a ratio of 80% tech companies and 20% service providers.
How big is the Atlanta Tech Village?
ATV has 93,500 usable square feet in a building over 103,000 square feet with an attached 93,000 square feet parking deck in the heart of Buckhead.
How long will the renovations take?
Major renovations are expected to start late Summer 2013 and will include the front outdoor area, the main lobby, elevator lobbies, event space and much more.
What amenities will ATV have when renovated?
ATV will have large event space, training labs, shared conference rooms, indoor/outdoor coworking space, coffee shop, gym, and much more.
How do I get to ATV by train?
The Buckhead MARTA station is a short walk around the corner from ATV. In 2013 a new Buckhead station pedestrian bridge will be completed making the walk from the train station to the Village even shorter.
How do I get to ATV by car?
ATV is two stop lights away from exit two on GA 400 making it easy to get to from I-85, I-75, and I-285. In addition, a new interchange from I-85 to GA 400 is being built three miles south of ATV making it easier to get to from I-85 south.
What restaurants are walkable from ATV?
ATV is surrounded by a number of restaurants within walking distance including Chipotle, Jason’s Deli, On the Border, Subway, Chick-fil-A, Jimmy Johns, Modern, Ru San’s, Farm Burger, Bistro Nikko, Jack’s New Yorker Deli, Bricktops, Fresh to Order (F20), and Flying Biscuit.
What hotels are walkable from ATV?
ATV has hotels at all price points within a short walking distance including Springhill Suites (20 feet from the ATV parking deck), Hampton Inn, Doubletree by Hilton, Grand Hyatt, Intercontinental, Courtyard by Marriott, and Embassy Suites.
