Much like Zipcar and other sharing services changed the way people think about traditional industries, ATV is doing the same thing by changing the way commercial real estate works. Instead of long-term leases based per square foot, we are providing space per person per month with a hybrid of public and private areas rich in amenities.
Atlanta Tech Village is designed for tech companies, remote offices of tech companies headquartered elsewhere, startups, independent consultants, tech-related service providers, and anyone else doing innovative things. We believe that the culture of the Village is its most important treasure. Because of this, we ask that each applicant for membership come in for a short interview. For startup and growth tech companies, we ask that at least one of the founders come in for the interview.
