This workshop will focus on legal issues impacting early stage tech companies, including entity formation (LLCs vs. corporations) and key dos and don’ts for young entrepreneurs. We will also explore issues to think through when raising funds, including types of fund raising methods (equity vs. convertibles), key investing terms to understand, and due diligence problems to avoid.
