As the Customer Success Associate, you will work directly with our Director of Customer Success to ensure customers quickly adopt WelcomeHome and then continue to use and love our system. Responsibilities include:
- Data analysis and data formatting
- Configuring the software to match the operators sales standards
- Answering email support questions about the product and its features
- Drafting articles for use in training
- Conducting client trainings and webinars
The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual who is inspired by innovation and our customer’s success. In addition, you will have:
- Prior experience working within a software company (either in Sales or Customer Success)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Foundational knowledge of a business’s operational structure
- Foundational knowledge in marketing
- Desire to learn and ability to adapt
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Critical thinking skills
- Data analysis skills
