ABOUT MOLLY DICKINSON

Molly Dickinson is the founder and creative director of Banner Day®, the words-first* naming and branding company created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. (*Not a typo.) She’s also co-founder of INVINCIBLE INC.®, a one-of-a-kind partnership with Atlanta intellectual property law firm, Vivid IP®, offering all-in-one creative branding + legal trademarking packages for a single, flat fee. A versatile, award-winning writer, Molly studied creative writing and literature and wrote her honors thesis in original poetry at Elon University. (Turns out, being able to pack maximum meaning into minimal space—a line, a logo—is a branding superpower.) After landing her first freelance brand-writing gig over a decade ago, she never stopped working for herself. Even while serving full-time as the first and (then) only messaging lead for a top local brand experience agency, she kept partnering with entrepreneurs to pursue the work she loves most: Helping fellow self-starters, startups, and upstarts create brands worth celebrating.

Marcy Sperry is the founder and lead brand champion of Vivid IP, the bold, boutique law practice representing the future of intellectual property. She's also co-founder of INVINCIBLE INC., a one-of-a-kind creative + legal partnership with Atlanta-based naming and branding company, Banner Day®. Over the past 15+ years, Marcy has honed her proactive, protective, and persistent approach through countless successful engagements, including for premier firms King & Spalding and Womble Bond Dickson. Since founding her own practice in 2017, Marcy's women-led IP law team has grown to serve local to international clients in industries ranging from biopharmaceuticals and technology to hotels/hospitality and entertainment.
