About the host:
Alex de Aranzeta, MA, JD (she/her) is a startup advisor, coach, and strategy consultant for tech and AI companies. She also hosts a responsible AI podcast called “The Culture of Machines,” available on Spotify.
Alex has dedicated her career in policy and compliance to combat inequity, unfairness, and discrimination. Before working in tech, she led civil rights compliance and governance in government, higher ed, and enterprise for workforces of 50 to 50,000+, and has spoken on equity, culture, tech, and communication with the U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau, Harvard Kennedy School, World Congress of Bioethics, SF Tech Week, Women in Product Conference, and more.
