Jessica Lane Alexander is the co-founder and head of content and marketing for Pop’N Creative. The Black women-owned, women-led multicultural marketing agency helps brands authentically connect with highly-coveted, diverse audiences. Pop’N Creative, recognized by Cannes Lions and the Clio Awards for its creative innovation, is a powerhouse driving culture and connection through strategic direction, social campaigns, content creation, and experience design. Before founding Pop’N Creative, Lane Alexander served in leadership roles at TV One, Microsoft and TBS. She holds a B.S. in Journalism from The Medill School of Journalism and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, both at Northwestern University.

Crystal Foote, the visionary founder of Digital Culture Group, spearheads an innovative advertising technology company deeply committed to fostering inclusivity and innovation for its partners, including Fortune 500 brands and major advertising holding companies. As the sole woman-owned and black-owned advertising technology company in the industry, Digital Culture Group also distinguishes itself by seamlessly incorporating socially responsible solutions into its advertising initiatives, ensuring that every marketing campaign aligns with a commitment to positive social impact. This dedication, influenced by Crystal's lineage as the great-great-niece of Sergeant Alfred B. Hilton—an African-American Union Army soldier and Medal of Honor recipient during the American Civil War—reflects her unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion, extending beyond mere advertising to contribute to a socially responsible business landscape.

Roberto is the Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Standard Press | StudioSP a GA-based media company. He is a multilingual industry executive, born in Havana, Cuba, and raised in Atlanta. Roberto is also the founder of Alquizar Productions, a multicultural film production house developing stories that create community. He attended The Art Institute of Atlanta, where he studied Advertising and Music Production. Currently, he is enrolled in the MIT Executive MBA Leadership Program. Additionally, he was recently voted the Top Creative Influencer in Georgia by the GA Entertainment Magazine. In his free time, Roberto is dedicated to giving back to the community and industry. He serves as the Vice President of AD CLUB-ATL and is the Chairman of the board for ARTE-GA, a non-profit organization focused on supporting, connecting, and promoting Latino creatives in Georgia.

Antonio Francisco is the Multicultural Creative Director at SXM Media, where he oversees creative strategies for SiriusXM, Pandora, and SoundCloud. He is dedicated to crafting culturally relevant content that resonates deeply with diverse audiences, emphasizing genuine representation and human truths. Antonio goes beyond surface-level diversity, incorporating comprehensive strategies, research, and creative exploration to address the needs of underrepresented communities. Before joining Studio Resonate, Antonio spent over 13 years building and nurturing meaningful relationships with national and international brands in fashion, technology, and art. His impressive portfolio includes collaborations with industry giants like Capcom, Google, Adidas, Nike, and Land Rover, as well as high-profile clients such as A$AP Mob, Future, and Summer Walker. These partnerships have consistently produced exceptional work, transforming his clients' businesses. Antonio holds a double major in Animal Science and Biology from Tuskegee University, a historically black college, and earned his Master's degree in International Branding and Marketing from Boston University. Raised in a small town in Massachusetts, Antonio now splits his time between Atlanta and Colombia, South America, bringing a rich cultural perspective to his work.
