About the Workshop

In the fast-paced world of startups, high-performing teams are the fuel that propels your rocket ship to new heights. Building a team that moves at the speed of light isn't easy. You must understand the key elements of high-performing startup teams, including rapid communication, shared ownership, and a strong sense of purpose. You must also learn how to navigate the challenges of rapid growth, including scaling your team, managing remote work, and maintaining team morale during periods of intense pressure.

This workshop will equip you with a proven 3-step formula to build and lead teams that thrive under the intense pressure of rapid growth and constant change.

Key Takeaways:

Attract and Hire Rocket Fuel: Learn how to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent with the grit, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a startup environment. Trust me, it isn't for everyone, so finding the right people is critical.

Fuel Your Team for Success: Discover strategies to equip your team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape, including agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and access to cutting-edge technologies.

Unlock Scalable Innovation and Agility: Explore techniques to foster a culture of experimentation, risk-taking, and continuous innovation, empowering your team to adapt quickly and overcome challenges. This all sounds good, but you have to do the previous steps first... if not, scalable innovation is a no-go.
