Wayt King is a startup lawyer who loves helping early-stage SaaS and software entrepreneurs. He's a generalist corporate lawyer for a few local early-stage investors and several SaaS startups at ATV and around Atlanta, with a particular expertise in startup financing. He’s been a software entrepreneur and an angel investor, and is known for keeping the legal stuff as simple as possible.
