Join us for lunch, catered by Chopt Creative Salad Co. hosted alongside a local wellness vendor market. We'll be showcasing nearly a dozen local business and services related to holistic wellness!

Meet our Vendors:

Restore + Soundbath

Join Mara Rosaria with sound + healing & Irina Burlack with ib yoga + bar for 90 minutes of pure relaxation and healing. The first 30 minutes will be dedicated to yoga postures, a gentle practice that invites you to connect with the earth beneath you.

Following, Mara will guide us through a transformative group sound bath experience. Be enveloped in ethereal tones of crystal singing bows, chimes, and vibrations of the symphonic gong and the hum of tuning forks. These harmonious instruments create a sound to wash away tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and instill a sense of inner peace.

What you need to be prepared:

Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a blanket or pillow
Bring a yoga mat (limited mats available for use on site)

1:00pm - 1:30pm: Restorative Yoga (come as you are, no yoga attire required!)
1:30pm - 2:30pm: Soundbath Meditative Experience
