Wellness Wednesday: Sound Bath and Massages

‍Wellness Wednesday is Atlanta Tech Village's monthly wellness initiative to support startup founders and employees in their holistic wellness journey! Join us the last Wednesday of every month for a range of programming and services that cater to your mental, emotional, and physical health.

July's Wellness Wednesday features a sound bath meditative experience (open to all, tickets required for non-Villagers) and free 20 minute massages all day for Villagers.

Sound Bath Meditative Experience

Join Mara Rosaria with sound + healing for 90 minutes of pure relaxation and healing.

Mara will guide us through a transformative group sound bath experience. Be enveloped in ethereal tones of crystal singing bows, chimes, and vibrations of the symphonic gong and the hum of tuning forks. These harmonious instruments create a sound to wash away tension, quiet the chatter of the mind, and instill a sense of inner peace.

What you need to be prepared:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a blanket or pillow
• Bring a yoga mat (limted mats available for use on site)
