Join Atlanta Tech Village’s Women + Tech Program and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative (WEI) for an honest, high-impact conversation centered on women founders and the capital required to build, scale, and sustain successful tech companies.
This panel brings together women who have built companies, deployed capital, and shaped ecosystems—offering a rare, inside look at how funding decisions are made, how founders can position themselves for growth, and how women are redefining what power and success look like in tech and venture.
Our panelists span venture capital, startup studios, healthcare innovation, AI, and ecosystem leadership, and will share candid perspectives on:
- Accessing and navigating venture capital as a woman founder
- What investors actually look for at early and growth stages
- Scaling companies responsibly while building inclusive cultures
- The evolving role of women as both founders and funders

- Jennifer Bonnett (Moderator), Serial tech entrepreneur and VP of Technology & Entrepreneurship at Invest Atlanta, leading the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative and focused on AI, fintech, sustainable tech, and scaling entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Jewel Burks Solomon, Managing Partner at Collab Capital and one of Atlanta’s most influential tech leaders, with deep experience building, funding, and advocating for transformative companies

- Kathryn O’Day, Partner at Atlanta Ventures, former operator, and startup scaler with multiple successful exits
