Women + Tech Meetup: Growing Awareness and Capability with the Enneagram

About this month's workshop: 

Using the Enneagram, we will outline the nine personality types, the high and low side of each type, and the unique path for each individual to develop skills they need, but don't (yet) have. For example, if you stink at sales, but need to sell as an entrepreneur, we will explain why this is challenging for your personality and what you can do to make it easier.

The Enneagram is a personality typing system, providing a map of traits and behaviors common to each of nine different personality types. The system outlines patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving and can help to uncover underlying motivations, fears and desires. Once type is known, the Enneagram becomes a powerful tool for self-awareness and change, allowing an individual to reject habitual, previously unconscious behavior in favor of intentional, thoughtful action. The Enneagram is one of the fastest growing psychometric tools chosen by companies seeking to improve company, team and individual performance.
