In today’s workplace shaped by hybrid work, automation, and global competition, traditional career paths are no longer guaranteed. Many employees feel uncertain about how to gain visibility, develop future-ready skills, and stand out in a crowded marketplace. In this keynote, Michelle will empower professionals to take full ownership of their careers by adopting an entrepreneurial mindset. Through this approach, participants will learn how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, build powerful networks, and take strategic actions to design a career that thrives in any environment.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset that enables resilience, agility, and growth in an unpredictable global workplace
  2. Apply practical strategies to build and sustain an authentic personal brand that differentiates you online and offline
  3. Learn effective networking methods to grow meaningful, cross-cultural professional connections that open doors to new opportunities
  4. Master modern self-marketing and digital visibility techniques to attract, position for, and secure career growth opportunities.

About the Women + Tech Meetup

Description:

It’s time to come together to make the phrase “Women in Tech” obsolete! Join us as we openly discuss personal and professional growth, challenges in the workplace, community involvement, and whatever else is on your mind. Our Village can be the one to make women in tech the status quo.

Mission: To empower women in tech through a kick-ass network, intentional teaching & purposeful community because it does take a village. Our goal is to make to Atlanta the number one place for “women in tech” (because clearly it’s not Silicon Valley).
