Role Overview:
As a Product Marketer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product development and sales teams. You will be responsible for crafting effective product positioning, developing compelling marketing content, and empowering our sales team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Your strategic insights and creative storytelling will help us communicate the value of our products to customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Partner Enablement:
- Develop and implement sales and partner enablement strategies to equip sales teams with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively sell our products
- Create sales playbooks, training materials, and competitive analysis to enhance sales effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify gaps in knowledge and resources
- Create competitive battlecards for key competitors with key positioning
Product Positioning:
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the marketplace
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with product management to align messaging with product features and benefits
Content Development:
- Research personas for Grayscale’s buying committee and map content and themes to each persona
- Create high-quality product marketing content tailored for Enterprise, case studies and website copy that articulates our product value proposition
- Develop engaging presentations and demos for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channel
Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and sales enablement initiatives, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Gather feedback from sales and customers to continuously improve product positioning and marketing content
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and messaging
- Participate in product launches, ensuring all marketing materials and training resources are ready and effective
- Help facilitate Customer Advisory Board
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related roles
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and customer needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
