Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work, as agreed with your supervisor. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual organic growth targets and pursue new acquisitions within assigned accounts.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Program Managers and Hiring Managers.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding job order expectations.
- Observe client sites and conduct research on the hiring market and skill set supply/demand.
- Develop loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators that drive growth.
- Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.
- Lead, educate, and train a team of specialized engineering recruiters. We all work cohesively together to provide the best workforce solutions in the industry.
- Implementation of organization and delivery systems to establish the best time management and most efficient processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of Staffing Sales experience (ideally Engineering Sales or Technical Sales) in business-to-business sales - MUST HAVE
- Solutions-oriented, consultative, and the ability to have a strategic sales approach
- Be able to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
