Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, bring new logos, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Additionally, the Account Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual organic growth targets and pursue new acquisitions within assigned accounts.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with Program Managers and Hiring Managers.
  • Observe client sites and conduct research on the hiring market and skill set supply/demand.
  • Develop loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators that drive growth.
  • Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, engineering directors, engineering managers, etc.
  • Implementation of organization and delivery systems to establish the best time management and most efficient processes.
  • Key performance indicator: New Logos

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
  • Must have 3+ years of IT Staffing Sales experience (ideally Engineering Sales or Technical Sales) in business-to-business sales - MUST HAVE
  • Solutions-oriented, consultative, and the ability to have a strategic sales approach
  • Be able to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
