The old Sylvan Hotel serves as a catalyst that brings together technology start-ups and founders shaping the next wave of Atlanta's innovation economy. Members here are building across tech proprietary tech and starting new ventures.

Office Space Pricing
Office space members have their own fully furnished office with parking spot availability and access to receive mail at the Village. (Use the slider below to adjust the office size and see pricing)
Community Members have access to all shared spaces and operate on a first-come basis. Over 50% of the building is dedicated to community space, including our central gathering areas. Members receive 24/7 access along with full access to amenities.
Reserved Desk members receive a dedicated desk in an open workspace, along with a lockable filing cabinet, 24/7 building access, mailing address, and optional parking.
Office space members have their own fully furnished office with parking spot availability and access to receive mail at the Village.

Community Membership
Community Members have access to all community space and are first come first serve. 50% of the building is community space, including our community center. Community Members have full 24/7 access to the building and all of the perks and amenities.
Members get full access to ATV programming, advisors, and events connecting founders with investors and other builders across both campuses. Two campuses. One Village. Whichever door you walk through, you're in.
