About the Facilitator:

As a seasoned finance executive and CPA, I help companies strengthen their
financial infrastructure, improve reporting transparency, and manage change with
discipline and clarity. My experience spans early-stage ventures to mature
enterprises, with a focus on optimizing finance operations, leading post-deal
integration, and building scalable systems that support growth and investor
confidence.

I’ve led finance functions across sectors including media, technology, and
healthcare, establishing core accounting operations, implementing shared
services, and supporting executive teams during mergers, acquisitions, and
expansion. At TechCXO, I serve as a Fractional CFO and strategic finance partner
to companies in transition.

With a practical, detail-oriented approach and deep operational expertise, I work
