August Session: The Next Channel: Lessons from Scaling Dr. Noze Best
Join us for a fireside chat with Christy Brown, CEO of Dr. Noze Best, in conversation with Kelly Anne O'Neill, Executive Director of the Atlanta Tech Village Foundation. Christy will walk through how she took the company from DTC-only to national retail distribution in Walmart and Target — the operational shifts, the partnerships that mattered, and the ones she walked away from. If you're eyeing your own next channel or market expansion, this is a real, no-fluff look at what it actually takes.Three Takeaways
- How to know you're ready to expand — The difference between genuine readiness to enter a new channel and just wanting to grow fast, plus the "no-go" signals worth trusting.
- What big-box retail distribution really demands — The operational, cash flow, and team changes that come with scaling into major retail partners — and how to protect margin and brand control along the way.
- How to spot a real strategic partner — What separates a partnership that moves the business from one that's just a nice logo, and how to know when to walk away.
