Polarity Management: Know what to solve. Know what to manage.

Great leaders know the difference between a problem to solve and a tension to manage. In this interactive workshop, leaders will learn a practical framework for identifying competing priorities—like growth and stability, innovation and consistency, people and results—and managing them without defaulting to either/or thinking.

Participants will leave with a tool they can immediately use to name tensions, recognize when they’re overcorrecting, and make wiser decisions that leverage the upside of both sides.

About the Facilitator

Holly Goddard is an executive leader, coach, and communicator with more than 20 years of experience helping people and organizations grow.

As Executive Pastor at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, Holly leads across strategy, operations, staff development, ministry, and organizational culture. Throughout her career, she has helped build high-performing teams, navigate organizational change, and turn vision into practical strategies that move people and organizations forward.

As an executive coach, Holly helps leaders gain clarity, grow in confidence, and navigate greater responsibility. She is especially passionate about helping women move from executor to executive—shifting from getting things done to thinking strategically and leading through others.

With a background in Mass Media and a Master’s degree in Ministry, Holly brings together communication, organizational leadership, and practical leadership development. Whether she’s coaching an executive, developing a team, facilitating a workshop, or hosting a leadership conversation, her goal is simple: help leaders cut through complexity and know what to do next.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys playing pickleball, cheering on the Braves, and spending time with her husband and three kids.

About the Women + Tech Meetup

Description:

It’s time to come together to make the phrase “Women in Tech” obsolete! Join us as we openly discuss personal and professional growth, challenges in the workplace, community involvement, and whatever else is on your mind. Our Village can be the one to make women in tech the status quo.

Mission: To empower women in tech through a kick-ass network, intentional teaching & purposeful community because it does take a village. Our goal is to make to Atlanta the number one place for “women in tech” (because clearly it’s not Silicon Valley).
