Village Wins ARC Development of Excellence

Innovation took center stage last month as more than 1,100 elected, business and civic leaders came together to celebrate our city as a hub for innovation and technology through a State of the Region hosted by the Atlanta Regional Commission. The ARC is the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency who help focus our region's leadership, attention, and resources on key issues of regional consequence.City of Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed was the keynote speaker and made several mentions of the Village and how metro Atlanta can remain the dominant region in the Southeast for attracting young entrepreneurs and creative talent. We agree!Atlanta Tech Village was honored with the ARC Development of Excellence award.
