They are an impressive company based right here in Atlanta and David Salyers, Vice President of Marketing with Chick-fil-A and author of Remarkable, is joining us for Startup Chowdown this Friday! David is a gifted speaker who will be sharing with us Chick-fil-A's “Be Remarkable” mission, and how businesses can be remarkable in their own way to make an improvement in their business activity and their values. Currently serving as the Vice President of National, Regional and Local Marketing for Chick- fil-A, Inc., David has invested his entire career as part of a team, committed to building the kind of company culture that people talk about! As a passionate student of life and business, he has spent over thirty years seeing the principles in this book play out corporately and in over 1,600 Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country. Serving as a board member for numerous non-profit organizations, and a few for-profit startups, has convinced him further that some principles are universally applicable.
